"I had recommended this hotel to friends, but this time was different. They charged more than before, and did not give us the free breakfast we have always had. They said we would have gotten it if we had called the hotel instead of using your services to get our room. The girl at the desk had no interest whatsoever in our problems. We will be looking for a different motel next time we go to Weslaco."
